You know something needs to change. You can't work out what.
Work or business that's got away from you. A turning point, at work or in your own life. A relationship taking up all the space in your head. We work out what's driving it, what needs to change, and what you do next.
Does this sound familiar?
- You have too much on and can't work out what comes first.
- You know what needs doing, but you keep getting stuck starting it.
- Too much is held in your head, and things keep getting dropped.
- Work feels more chaotic than it should.
- You keep trying new ways to organise yourself and none of them stick.
What I help with
We talk it through, pull the mess apart and look at it from a different angle. Then we decide what changes, in what order, and how you're going to do it.
- Ten things started, none of them finished, and no idea which one to pick up
- The job you've been avoiding for three weeks that takes twenty minutes
- Invoices, emails and paperwork left until they turn into a crisis
- A decision you've been going round in circles on for months
- Working flat out all week and still not being sure what got done
- Promising people things, meaning it, then forgetting by Thursday
How it works, and what it costs

Two 90-minute sessions
Session one
We go through what's happening, what's getting in the way, and what needs attention first. You'll leave knowing what the problem is, which is often not the thing that's been annoying you.
Session two
We put the pieces in order, make the decisions, and work through the practical next steps. You leave with a plan you can start on that week.
Both sessions are by video, back to back or a day or two apart, so nothing goes cold in between.
- Monthly support £1,000 a month
- A 60-minute session every week, so you have somewhere to bring things before they pile up. Month by month, and you can stop whenever you like.
- Three months, booked together £2,800
- The two 90-minute sessions to start, then a weekly session for the following two months. £200 less than paying month by month.
Both include
- An hour a month of body doubling. We get on a call and I stay on the line while you do the job you've been putting off, because it's far easier to start with someone there.
- The content library. Material on business strategy and development you can work through in your own time.
Bringing in AI without turning everything upside down
If it's just you, this is about handing the repeated admin to something else. If you have a team, the hard part isn't the technology. It's the disruption: people who have worked one way for years, data you can't afford to hand to the wrong place, and a change that stalls halfway and leaves everyone doing the job twice.
- Start with one process, not everything at once. Pick something that happens every week, change that, and see what it's worth before anything else moves.
- Answer the data questions first. What goes where, who can see it, what stays in house, and what your clients would think if they asked.
- Run the old way alongside it. Nothing gets switched off until the new way has held up under a normal week.
- Bring the team with you. The usual reason these projects fail is that people were never shown how it works, so they quietly go back to the spreadsheet. That means proper time for training, written instructions, and someone inside the team who owns it.
- Be clear about what stays human. Some decisions and conversations shouldn't be handed to a system, and saying so up front makes the rest easier to accept.
In the sessions we work out where this would be worth doing for you, and how the rollout should go. Building it is separate work, and we can scope and price that if you want it.
What people say
You've given me robust methods that I feel like have made a vast improvement... The tools we covered have massively helped me focus and I just feel and breathe lighter.
He has a way of making you look at a situation from a completely different angle... He listens and helps you think things through rather than telling you what you should do.
He never judges or takes sides, he's very careful with his words and he's the most understanding person I know.
About me
I'm Andy. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 30s, after years of being able to build ambitious things from scratch while still finding focus, organisation and the day-to-day management of everything far harder than it looked from the outside.
I founded Silent Summer Screenings, grew it to more than 40 locations across the south of the UK, and later sold the business.
I also created and led a co-living community of more than 30 people in the Berkshire countryside, centred around a smallholding with 70+ animals. It was a mix of people, land, events, logistics, maintenance and constant problem-solving, the kind of environment where everything is connected and nothing stays neatly in one box.

Along the way, I've built and run other businesses, automated operations, worked in large-scale sets and production, and co-founded Sworkl, a work-management app for teams and contractors.

I host a podcast called Peel That Onion, about peeling back the layers of the existential self. The conversations are as bizarre as their titles.

What all of that has taught me is how to get underneath a complicated situation quickly, spot where the friction is, and work out what is worth changing first.
I'm selective about who I work with. With ADHD, forcing yourself to stay engaged with something you have no interest in is difficult enough at the best of times. I know I do my best work when I'm genuinely interested in the person, the problem and what they're trying to build, so I don't take everybody on.
That's also better for you. If I think I can help, I'll be properly invested in it. If I don't think I'm the right person, or that someone in my trusted circle would suit you better, I'll tell you.
I'm not here to hand you a generic framework or tell you how you should be working. I'll help you make sense of what's going on, challenge the parts that don't quite add up, and work with you on a practical way forward that fits how you think, how you work and what you're trying to build.
But for now, just drop me a message or voice note on WhatsApp and take it from there!
Common questions
Do I need to have ADHD?
No. I work with anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed or disorganised. Having ADHD myself means I understand it if that's part of the picture, but it isn't a requirement and you don't need a diagnosis.
What happens in the two sessions?
Session one is a brain dump. Everything that's stressing you, everything you're worried about, and what you want things to look like in future. We get it out of your head, start putting it in order, and I'll show you different ways of holding lists and keeping on top of it all.
Session two is the game plan. What's realistic, what's achievable, and what comes first. We cover habits that stick, getting into the right frame of mind, and how to move from reacting to everything towards working ahead of it, without tipping into burnout.
Do you build the tools and automations for me?
Not as part of the sessions. I'll help you work out what would help and how it should work. If you want me to set it up afterwards, we can scope and price that separately.
Is this therapy?
No. This is practical and focused on what happens next. If you're dealing with mental health difficulties, I'll suggest speaking to a qualified therapist or your GP, and I can work alongside that. If you're in crisis, please contact your GP or NHS 111 first.
How do I pay, and can I move a session?
Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. If you need to move a session, that's fine. Life happens, and I'd rather reschedule than have you sit through a session with your head somewhere else.
Where are you based?
I'm UK based and sessions are by video, so it doesn't matter where you are. If you're in another time zone, we'll find a time that works.
How quickly will you reply on WhatsApp?
Any day of the week, including weekends. If I'm awake and not with another client, I'll reply straight away. If I'm in a session, I'll get back to you as soon as it finishes.
What happens after the two sessions?
You should come out of the two sessions feeling more in control, with a clearer understanding of what's going on and a set of things to start practising.
Carrying on works better for most people. Having someone to keep you on track and hold you to what you said you'd do makes the whole thing easier, which is what the monthly support is for. There's no obligation either way, and what you share with me stays between us.
Not sure what you need?
That's fine. Send me a WhatsApp message and tell me what's going on, even if it comes out messy.
